    Business and Financial Successes

UniFund has been profitable since its founding in 2001. The company enjoys an excellent relationship with its bank. Its annual CPA audit results in a favorable (clean) opinion and the company maintains an unusually high percentage of its customer base, which now exceeds 300.

We are conveniently based in Nashua, New Hampshire, and our clients are in all six New England states, as well as New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.

    The Government Challenge

In many ways, the accounting, budgeting, and reporting responsibilities of K-12 schools and municipal governments far exceed the requirements demanded of the commercial sector. In governmental accounting, revenues are generated to achieve specific objectives, resulting in the need to maintain many sub-sets of records to facilitate reporting and accountability. Moreover, annual reports must not only comply with national standards, but also with state mandated reporting requirements. And as expected, national and state reporting requirements change often, which creates yet more challenges for government accounting systems.

With a thorough understanding of state-specific and federal mandates, we ensure that clients can meet specialized reporting requirements
