Phase it in – take it slow.

Everyone wants to get to the finish line as quickly as possible, but the age-old fable of the tortoise and the hare rings most true when you undergo a significant organizational change like a software implementation.  Slow and steady definitely wins the race.  Your organization cannot absorb it all in a few big bites.  Pick your top priorities and focus on those first. 

Once you have success on those, move onto the next set, and so on, and so on, and so on… 

Sometimes, you have to get it done - yesterday. What can you do to pave the way for a speedier implementation?
