W-2 File	State W-2 File
Unemployment Wage File	In BudgetSense, you can create a file that contains all required elements of the Vermont Department of Labor’s (VDOL) Quarterly C-101 Wage and Contribution report.
Teacher Retirement	School districts report retirement information to the State of Vermont on a quarterly basis, by entering payroll data into the state website. For ease of data entry, this report provides the required information in a format that mirrors (as closely as possible) the layout of the website. The report includes Actual Quarter to Date Earnings and Days Worked, per state requirements.
Municipal Retirement	The Municipal Retirement Report offers three options: VMERS DC Standard, VMERS DB Standard, and VMERS DB Montpelier.
Teacher / Staff FTE Salary Report	The Teacher/Staff Survey is used to collect the full-time equivalent (FTE) count of all staff employed by each school and SU and their corresponding salaries, benefits and/or cost of contracted services. These data are used to calculate average salaries in Vermont, and are reported to the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) and to the Vermont School Boards Association.
New Hire File	The New Hire report is used to inform the state of Vermont of all employees hired in a given time range.
