Or,  maybe you’re a dependent school that has to work with your city, which  is on a different accounting application.  Whatever the situation, BudgetSense has you covered.  We have built electronic data bridges to many different applications to let you work more efficiently.

Automated Purchasing

eShopping.  BudgetSense integrates with eSchool Mall and School Specialty.  Purchasers can launch a web based  shopping cart from within BudgetSense, select items to buy, and automatically import them into BudgetSense, where the requisitions goes through the normal approval process.   Approved POs are electronically transmitted to the vendor.

Fixed Asset and Warehouse Administration

BudgetSense Fixed Assets and Warehouse modules seamlessly integrate with hand-held scanners / Pocket PCs to make the task of taking a physical inventory a snap.

Banking

BudgetSense produces 22 different bank reconciliation / positive pay files for every major bank in our geographic region.  If yours isn't on the list, we'll gladly add it to the system.

Employee Management

Applicant Interface.  BudgetSense links to the following applicant management software and automatically imports employee information when an applicant is hired:

Benefits interface Insurance Tracking.  After open enrollment, BudgetSense automatically links to major insurance benefit providers and sends enrollment information electronically using the standard HIPAA 834 format (which all carriers subject to HIPAA regulations are required to accept). Your employees can skip the hassle of all those complex forms.  

Substitute Interface.  You have probably discovered the benefits of an automated substitute calling system, but still, it’s an  intensive task to reenter data, and to track  leave, substitute days worked and rates for each pay period into your current business software. Don’t worry, BudgetSense automatically imports leave and time worked records from the following substitute calling systems:
