The Accounts Receivable system includes a detailed customer file
with useful information, including multiple contacts with e-mail
addresses, and product categories for reporting purposes.
Simplified Invoicing
BudgetSense expedites billing with a simple invoice entry form. Drop-down
search buttons are provided for all codes, such as customer, project
code and billing type. Once the process is completed, a crisp, plain
paper invoice can be laser-printed in seconds or saved for later
batch printing.
Seamless Account Integration
Accounts Receivable billings and related collections are seamlessly
integrated with the multiple fund General Ledger module to eliminate
duplicated efforts. Cash receipts not only update the customer balances,
but also cash and receivable balances for proper financial reporting.
