designed to centralize all of your critical personnel related data
in one easy-to-use system. This module is fully integrated with Payroll
and Budget Development, eliminating redundant efforts and data entry.

The BudgetSense Human Resources module tracks a wide variety of sensitive
personnel data for all stages of employment. During initial applicant
status, a desired skills inventory can be created for your candidates.
Upon hiring, this data becomes the foundation of the employee database,
with additional information being entered and managed in a logical,
organized format.
Integrated Position Control Tracking
The Human Resources position control system links your staffing levels
to your organization’s budgetary allocations. Employees entered
into Human Resources are assigned to an active position by full-time
equivalency percentage (FTE). These position records, and the related
funding source, extend seamlessly to the Payroll module for proper
pay disbursement and expensing.
Table-Driven Salary Schedules
Contract salaries and hourly rates are easy to maintain in BudgetSense
Human Resources. Simply build your step/grade tables for each bargaining
unit and, at year-end, employee step increases are automatic.
Comprehensive Leave Tracking
BudgetSense Human Resources helps you answer employees’ questions
about their time-off balances easily. The leave tracking function
accrues and tracks usage for multiple types of time off and provides
instant access to balances through on-screen inquiries or detailed
printed reports.
Time-Saving Budgeting Interface
The Human Resources module streamlines your budget development process
with an automated export of position data to the budgeting system.
This position detail includes the name of the employee assigned,
the full-time equivalency and the contract budget estimate. New
positions can be created within the Budget module to be proposed
for approval
in next year ’s
budget.
