UniFund adds four Service Account Managers to the team in 2006

2006 saw many changes for the Support and Continuing Services group. We added four talented and capable Service Account Managers to support our expanding client base. After several weeks of in-house training and more experience on the road with our Field Consultants, new SAMs gradually take on assigned client sites. With the help of our senior SAMs, they have become very valuable members of the group in a matter of months.

Sarah Carignan and Jenni Beaulieu joined UniFund in April of 2006:

Sarah earned her BA in Business Administration from UMass Lowell, and brings financial processing (loans, payroll) experience with her to UniFund. She also acquired a Certificate in Desktop Support from Boston University Corporate Education. As a Service Account Manager, Sarah enjoys the personal level of support she is able to offer her assigned clients.

Jenni earned her BS in Community and Environmental Studies (with a Business Administration minor) from Colby-Sawyer College. Jenni enjoys working with her clients to solve problems, and her past experience as a researcher and data analyst is readily apparent in her success as a Service Account Manager.

Siobhan Potts and Jane Linzi joined UniFund in October of 2006:

Jane comes to UniFund with an MBA from Rivier College and a BA in Accounting from Stonehill College. She also brings an impressive work background, from accounting for small businesses to substitute teaching and even writing content for college level accounting textbooks. Jane is actively involved in community activities and is a wonderful addition to our Support and Continuing Service team.

Siobhan is currently earning her BS in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University, but already has several years of customer service, software training, and financial processing experience. Her enthusiasm and professionalism are evident as she works with her assigned clients.

Welcome, ladies!

A Change in Leadership

Wendy Wollison took on day-to-day management of UniFund’s Support and Continuing Department in July of 2006. Wendy, who joined UniFund in April 2005, progressed rapidly with her knowledge of local government accounting and our software products. She is now responsible for staff development, which calls for maintaining a very high level of product and client knowledge, development of support skills and techniques, and upholding compliance company policies.
