Back in our offices, we set up our comprehensive project management system. Project milestones, including training and go-live dates, are clearly identified for all team members, and can be reviewed online.
Training and Go-Live
Training strategies depend on the magnitude of the project. Generally however, there is value in group training, followed up by individual training. We will be there with you, in your office, for major go-live events. Using internet connections, we can follow and coach your staff on milestones that require less intensive coaching, including refresher training.
During and after successful implementation, your staff can depend on our personalized support services.
