can also activate automatic inspection scheduling by location and
send important information to specific individuals and departments.
Customized Permit Creation and Monitoring
Select a permit type and create individual permits with appropriate
fields. Either enter a permit number or use activities and checklists
to create your application, permits or certificates. Link the names
of an applicant, contractors or tradespeople to a permit and you
can oversee all work performed by these individuals or companies.
Permits can also be linked to multiple properties and municipal departments
so inspectors can monitor the status of all inspections.
Easily Schedule Inspections
Schedule inspections from an activity, such as an inspection request
or automatic scheduling, or from a department message. Scheduling
is automatically integrated with Outlook calendars so updates can
be downloaded each day to handheld systems and inspections can be
scheduled quickly and efficiently for each inspector. Many permits
and properties can be linked to an inspection group for easy coordination.
Inspection results can also be loaded on an inspector’s laptop
in the field and downloaded at the office at the end of the day.
Track Decisions, Offenses, Appeals and Complaints
Record and track all land management decisions with user-defined
tables and links to properties and individuals. Keep track of all
violations by types or codes. Assign activities to offenses and link
offenses to a permit, application or complaint. Track the prosecution
and appeals of offenders. Record names of all involved in the process
and designate tasks to be completed. With full integration between
inspection, permitting and communication, all departments can also
review and take action on complaints.
Tailor-Made Licensing System
Create any type of municipal license needed, including business,
individual and animal licenses. The system tracks all license activity,
from application to expiration. Specific parameters can be developed
for each license type, with unlimited note fields available. Easily
