Tracking and assessing penalties on overdue payments is far easier
with this RevenueSense module. Create ad hoc reports, forms and notices
based on any defined condition, such as a regular bill, final bill,
returned check, etc. The system allows you to charge penalties, fees
or demands, conduct credit events, request minimum payments and produce
letters, reminder notices, door hangers or service orders.
Streamlined Receipting and Depositing Process
Data entry of information is greatly reduced with bar code and OCR
reading from the bill. Each charge on the bill is tracked as a separate
open item and payments are easily credited to appropriate items.
Cash register validation and check endorsing options provide all
the tools and controls of proper cash receipting. Multiple payment
priorities may also be determined to hasten receipting. The system
accepts payment transactions via lock box, mortgage company clearing
house payments and, optionally, Web-based payments.
Complete Auditing Trail and Communications Tracking
The system maintains a transparent audit trail of all activities
by session, cashier, ID, workstation and application for later review.
Online balancing records are also available for inquiry and reporting.
During collection, notes can be entered and letters and forms printed
for a full tracking of all communications.
Fully Customized Options
This flexible application allows you to create your own partial payment
rules and add notes, warnings or alerts for collection time. You
also may display duplicate payment messages and other validation
steps. In addition to payment information, new fields may be added
to the payment data entry screen for additional or optional information.
