conduct a complete meter/device history of location, maintenance
and service data online. Performance analysis and GIS integration
also allow you to determine the condition of meters and devices.
Integrated GIS System and Multimedia Links
The system’s integrated GIS capabilities allow you to easily
manage, display and update data with helpful multimedia links. Display
high-low water consumption analysis on a property map. Design new
routes on the map and upload the data automatically. Analyze services
by geographical area. Lay out work orders and complaints on a network
map.
A Single Account for Multiple Meters
Under a single account number, the system can manage information
from multiple meters and reading devices, providing fast answers
to customer inquiries. Compound meters, ERTs, water and sewer meters,
sprinklers, etc., are easily incorporated into the system. Most handheld
scanners can also be used to conduct utility meter readings.
Customized Billing System
The system’s ability to manage flexible rate structures allows
multiple services to be assigned to multiple meters or devices. Using
this information, you can send utility bills on a flexible schedule.
Bills can be sent monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. Or, you can
bill on varying schedules, such as billing quarterly for residential,
monthly for commercial and semi-monthly for industrial. You determine
the billing cycles and the system takes it from there.
Complete Mailing Flexibility
Mailing indexes allow you to develop a customized schedule for mailing
utility bills. Third parties can be designated for elderly citizens
and multiple owners. Alternate addresses of seasonal residents can
also be input into the system and scheduled for off-season billing.
