From WebEx to iLinc: It's Time for a Change
Beginning Monday, January 22, we will no longer use WebEx to hold online meetings and conduct remote desktop support. On Monday, we will begin to use iLinc, another web conferencing tool. It is our expectation that iLinc will provide more of the features and usability that we will need as we increase our online services to you. There is more information about this update in the UniFund Knowledge Base, and your Service Account Manager will be contacting you shortly to help you get ready to use this very user-friendly program.

We look forward to a smooth transition to iLinc next week, but if you have any connection issues, please do not hesitate to tell your Sales or Service Account Manager, so that we can work with iLinc to repair any problems.

UniFund Announces Dedicated Support Initiative
UniFund will attempt to eliminate the telephone support lottery system in favor of a more personalized support experience, especially for emergencies. With emergency level needs a high priority, but lower in frequency, we realize that we can move to a dedicated service by matching up each of our support representatives to specific clients. Keeping the client/staff ratios small allows us to respond quickly to needs. As our support consultants develop a much closer relationship with each client, we look forward the day when they are able to anticipate problems before they occur.
