- In Nashua, take Exit 5 and the Simon Street
Exit (Just after MacSteel)
- Go through first stop sign and proceed for about a mile (be careful
of the school zone). The canal waterway will be to your left.
Take a left at the next stop sign, to head toward the Millyard area.
- Proceed straight ahead, and take aim at the tall smokestack with
the word “Millyard” on it. You can’t miss it. When you
are at the base of the stack, look up and straight ahead you will see
the Millyard Technology Park building. See “Entrance to Building” below.
- Using Exit 5, Nashua, reverse your direction as if you want to head
back North on Everett Turnpike. Take Exit 5 East towards
Nashua. Just as you cross the overpass, bear North towards Route 3
and Everett Turnpike.
It is a very long entry ramp that merges with other traffic.
On the ramp, look for the Simon Street exit, which is just past MacSteel.

Cross Main Street and proceed West
on Hollis Street / Rt. 111. At the second light, take a right on Pine
Street. As you cross through the first stop sign, you will find yourself
entering the old historic Nashua mill yard. Proceed straight ahead and
take aim at the tall smokestack with the word “Millyard” on
it. You can’t miss it. When you are at the base of the stack,
look up and straight ahead you will see the Millyard Technology Park
building. See “Entrance to Building” below.
Cross over the Everett Turnpike/Route
3 and follow Rt. 111/Kinsley Street for approximately 1 mile. Turn left
at the second light, Pine Street. Proceed through one light and a stop
sign. As you cross through the stop sign, you will find yourself entering
the old historic Nashua mill yard. Proceed straight ahead and take aim
at the tall smokestack with the word “Millyard” on it. You
can’t miss it. When you are at the base of the stack, look up
and straight ahead you will see the Millyard Technology Park building.

The entrance to the building is in the back - follow the road to
the left of the building. Behind the building, continue beyond the
first small parking lot, and park anywhere in the larger lot in front
of the central visitor and employee entrance. UniFund is on the second
floor, west, first office on right.
