The first few installation and training meetings are devoted to documenting
how your new system will be set up. We identify roles and responsibilities
and thoroughly discuss the establishment of business rules and workflows.
From these early meetings, we reach a consensus between project leaders
in your office and ours, including agreement on conversion expectations,
priorities, schedules, and other assignments.
All major project milestones,
tasks and subtasks, estimated start and end dates, and hourly
time budgets are captured in our project
management system, which we periodically review with you during
the progress of
our engagement.
