About 95 percent of training is done in your office,
where we provide one-on-one assistance with set-up, data entry, and
testing to help you feel comfortable in operating your new system.
When the time arrives to go live with an application, we conduct a
one-on-one go-live session with you and remain until the before- and
after-information reconciles to your satisfaction. We typically reserve
a portion of your overall training budget for supplemental training,
which may be performed in your office or, often more conveniently,
over the Internet at a pre-arranged date and time. The
Internet allows us to be your virtual training resource.
